1. The service
Prep IELTS Now provides free IELTS practice tests, answer explanations, study tools and a volunteer speaking partner service. We may add, change or remove features at any time. We may introduce optional paid features in future. If we do, their price and terms will be shown clearly before you pay, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.
2. Your account
- Give accurate details when you sign up and keep your password private.
- You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
- You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@prepieltsnow.com.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, scrape, resell or republish our practice content or site in bulk;
- use bots or automated tools to create accounts, submit forms or call our AI features;
- try to get around security, rate limits or access controls, or disrupt the site;
- harass, abuse or behave inappropriately towards speaking partners or other people you meet through the site;
- use the site for anything unlawful.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
4. Speaking partner sessions
Speaking partners are volunteers, not official IELTS examiners or employees. Sessions are informal conversation practice. Please be respectful, don't share sensitive personal information, and tell us at support@prepieltsnow.com about any problem.
5. Scores, feedback and results
Band scores, AI feedback and answer explanations on Prep IELTS Now are estimates to help you study. They are not official IELTS results and do not guarantee any score in the real test.
6. Independence and trademarks
Prep IELTS Now is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the British Council, IDP IELTS or Cambridge University Press & Assessment. "IELTS" and related names belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the test our practice relates to.
7. Content and copyright
The site design, our original explanations, articles and tools belong to Prep IELTS Now. You may use them for your own personal study. Some practice material references published IELTS preparation books, which remain the property of their publishers. If you believe anything on the site infringes your rights, email support@prepieltsnow.com with the details and we will review it promptly.
8. Advertising and links
Some public pages show advertising from Google and its partners. We don't control the ads or the sites they link to, and a link or ad is not an endorsement. How advertising uses cookies is explained in our Privacy Policy.
9. Availability and disclaimer
We work to keep the site accurate and online, but it is provided "as is". We can't promise it will always be available, error-free or suitable for your particular needs. If you find a mistake in an answer or explanation, please tell us.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your test results, study decisions or the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.
